Learn to navigate the Five Landscapes of this system (Inquiry, Capacity, Remedy, Re-Story, Mastery) with a personal body story that has been emotionally or physically painful or has fostered negative thoughts about your body or self identity related to your body. You will be facilitated in identifying the body story that is ready to be worked with, even if you have one in mind. Discover your unique remedy and new story now so you can live more joyfully alive in your body and more authentic in your relationships, work and life.
TOOLS: Guided journey, gently facilitated movement and dance, art making, reflection, ritual and wisdom circle.
