- We will “meet” in circle through your computer, tablet or smartphone, with your camera engaged we will see each other and create connection
- We will set safe space, I will share about the content for the experience, and there will be a little sharing from participants
- There will be a guided journey (guided visualization/meditation) and some facilitated moving awareness and movement experiences to music
- We will be checking in and sharing/engaging a number of times throughout the experience to build connection and participation
- There will be time for reflection and art making, a short break and please have some tea and a snack!
- We will share and anchor the experience and you will end with at least one applicable practice for your daily life
