Join us for this online live-streaming offer. Get your self care, connection and time to drop in with the support of Luminous Life Maps in your own home.
What to expect:
- We will “meet” in circle through your computer, tablet or smartphone, with your camera engaged we will see each other and create connection
- We will set safe space, I will share about the content for the experience, and there will be a brief check-in with participants
- There will be a guided journey (guided visualization/meditation), facilitated moving awareness and movement experiences to music
- There will be time for reflection and art making, a short break and please have some tea and a snack!
- We will share and anchor the experience and you will end with at least one applicable practice for your daily life
