By purchasing and accessingthis Circulatio product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Educational Purpose
The Circulatio™ is an educational and experiential personal development program designed to support self-reflection, creative exploration, embodied awareness, and personal growth.
This program is intended for educational purposes only. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, or a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical services.
Participation in this program does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, or other professional treatment relationship with the NeuroImaginal Institute LLC or Shannon Simonelli Ph.D.
Personal Responsibility
By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being throughout your participation.
You agree to engage in all practices at your own pace and according to your own comfort level. You are encouraged to modify, pause, or discontinue any activity that feels physically or emotionally overwhelming.
If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, have a serious mental health condition, or are under the care of a licensed healthcare provider, you are encouraged to consult your provider before participating in this program.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in experiential practices, including movement, mindfulness, guided imagery, creative expression, journaling, reflection, and other embodied practices, may evoke emotional, psychological, or physical responses.
By purchasing and participating in this program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether any activity is appropriate for you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The NeuroImaginal Institute LLC and Shannon Simonelli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from or related to your participation in or use of this program.
You understand that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and application of the material provided.
Individual License
Your purchase provides you with a single-user, non-transferable license to access and use this Circulatio process for your own personal use.
Your purchase does not grant permission to:
- share your login credentials or access with another person;
- distribute, reproduce, copy, record, or transmit any portion of the program;
- upload the materials to file-sharing platforms or online communities;
- teach, facilitate, present, or commercially use the materials without the prior written permission of Shannon Simonelli.
If others wish to participate, they must purchase their own individual access.
Intellectual Property
All program content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, guided experiences, written materials, graphics, worksheets, exercises, language, concepts, and curriculum contained within The Circulatio ™ are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
